Every day that goes by brings us one day older skin. That's life! As you apply your makeup, it's time to take the time and energy to match your application with your age. Let's talk eyeliner.
Lining the Bottom Lash Line in Black
Heavily lining that bottom lid age is you for many reasons: it makes your eyes look smaller, It accentuates the fine line surrounding the ice, and it drags down your whole face.
To keep things looking youthful, you want your eyes to appear brighter and more open. It’s a funny photo, but I have to agree with @jentrykelley below. Can we all get on the same page 🤷🏻♀️?
Rule 1: Keep that bottom waterline light!
White or nude liner! It brightens your eyes and creates a youthful glow. Perfect for that “no-makeup” makeup look
Rule 2: Use a deep brown eyeshadow and an angle brush instead of a hard black coal pencil.
This gives a soft smokey appearance. Defining the eye without making it look to severe and over emphasized.
Rule 3: Never use gel or liquid liner under the eye.
The result is harsh and unnatural. Keep those for the top of your lid.
My favorite eyeliners in all shades and formulas are WATERPROOF! It’s the only way I roll 💁🏻♀️
My 3 most used products, when I’m lining your eyes, are: Precision Waterproof pencils in Proper, Pristine & Perfect. Buy it now>>
My ”Go-to” liquid liner is Moodstruck Dip & Draw. Buy it now>>
And I am most often accentuating your lower lash line with my small crease brush and whatever the darkest color I used was on your upper lid.
